Making Wishes Come True
We supported a variety of initiatives for children, families, senior citizens, and social institutions. One highlight in Germany was the Giving Tree campaigns in Velbert and Bitburg: In Velbert, Christmas wishes of children from disadvantaged families were fulfilled, while in Bitburg, wishes from both children and senior citizens were granted. The strong participation of our employees once again demonstrated how naturally social commitment is lived at WITTE – all wish tags were taken within a very short time.
Our Czech colleagues from Nejdek and Ostrov supported a fundraising campaign for Centrum Žirafa in Karlovy Vary, an organization that supports children and adults with autism and severe disabilities. Personally handing over the collected gifts was an emotional moment and a powerful sign of inclusion, respect, and humanity.
Passing It On Instead of Throwing It Away
In addition, several locations successfully combined sustainability with social responsibility. As part of office renovations and new workspace setups, well-preserved furniture and technical equipment were donated to schools, social institutions, and organizations supporting refugees, among others. Similar initiatives also took place in Bulgaria, where schools and local communities benefited from donated office equipment.
At the company headquarters, employees were able to take home decommissioned office furniture and monitors for private use in exchange for a donation. Together with an additional company contribution, a total of €1,000 was raised for the Mary Ward Foundation in Velbert.

All of these initiatives show that WITTE Automotive takes social responsibility seriously. They reflect the values that unite us as an international family-owned company – solidarity, sustainability, and a genuine commitment to the people in our communities.
