The focus of our appearance was on intelligent fastening solutions for the field of electromobility – particularly for the demanding tolerance management in battery systems.
A highlight was a specially developed tolerance compensation element used to secure the cell modules to the battery housing. It safely fixes the modules to the frame and compensates for all tolerances between the flange and the housing base. This allows for precise and efficient dosing of the gap filler, ensuring uniform heat dissipation and high process reliability.
WITOL also presented the new Helix reversed – an innovative solution for applications such as the charging flap. It enables a flush alignment of the cover with the outer vehicle surface, achieving a premium and precise appearance.
