At the beginning of July, a significant leadership change took place: Dr. Tobias Sprute officially assumed the role of CTO on July 1, 2025.
Dr. Sprute brings many years of international experience in the automotive supplier industry. Most recently, he held a dual role on the Executive Board Lighting at FORVIA HELLA, where he was globally responsible for a major product area and also led a business division generating several hundred million euros in revenue. His expertise in product development, portfolio management, and business transformation will play a key role at WITTE Automotive—especially in advancing innovative vehicle access system solutions.
His onboarding is taking place in close collaboration with Christian Kaczmarczyk, who will leave the company on July 31, 2025 for personal reasons. Mr. Kaczmarczyk has been part of the WITTE family since April 1, 1996, and has served as Managing Director since November 1, 2013. Over nearly three decades, he has shaped the company in various roles and contributed significantly to its long-term success.
