Since March 2026, HELBAKO has been a wholly owned part of the WITTE Group, strategically strengthening the company’s electronics expertise. With more than 45 years of experience, HELBAKO develops and manufactures electronic systems and control units, contributing extensive expertise in hardware, software, and testing systems.
Locations in Germany and Romania enable close integration of development and production within the EU. Through this integration, WITTE increases its technological independence and further expands its in-house electronics development and PCBA production.
