Quality from the very start

We call it a defined product creation process, PCP for short. It is our customers' guarantee that deadlines are met with ensured quality. Every step taken in creating our products is completely traceable and documented. Our test laboratories examine the durability of every article. Whether in a salt spray test or an inspection of electro-magnetic compatibility (EMC), when testing long-term functioning or monitoring mechanical loadings in the climate chamber in our test laboratory – the smallest changes are detected, even in the micro-range. High-speed cameras and other precision measuring devices are used to achieve this.

When it comes to new projects, we leave nothing to chance. Quality assurance instruments, such as FMEA, QFD or statistical calculation of tolerances, are part of our everyday development work.

An inter-disciplinary team evaluates suggestions for improvements, and functions in the same way as an internal business consultant for questions of production, administration and environmental protection. It goes without saying that we are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001, VDA 6.1, QS 9000 and DIN EN ISO 14001.
