Recognize and implement customer requirements -

This is the daily task of the customer service teams in our innovation centers. Apart from a key-account manager, each of our customers is allocated a dedicated department consisting of engineers, designers, project managers, purchasers and tool-makers. We thereby shorten the in-house communication lines between the functional departments and are then in a position to present innovative products. These products are based on customer and market requirements. Everything we do – from development through planning to prototype production – is done in close co-operation between the customer and our innovation centers.

Robust engineering from research

We attach great importance to research and development, even without a customer order. Starting from market research results, our engineers identify trends and develop samples that are technically way ahead of their time. Models are tested for suitability on the computer using CAD data and FEM (finite element method). We also fulfill the requirements of the next generation of automobile customers.
