“The WITTE Trainee Program is our hand given to all graduates of colleges and technical universities who want to try out their knowledge and skills in modern workshops of our company. In 2007 we will offer specific working positions to 4 chosen candidates. They are as follows: a designer/constructor, a logistics specialist, a measure technician and a material specialist. After a six-month training and familiarizing with top technologies and corporate ambient, every trainee will profile out and will be positioned in a specific team”, specifies Dana Tyralová, specialist for work with schools.

WITTE Automotive in Nejdek will offer language courses, trainings of technical and managerial skills and an extensive system of WITTE benefits to the applicants. For every trainee there will be his/her own notebook and a mobile phone available to enable him or her to work on particular projects continuously. A flat 3+1 in the company accommodation facilities is ready for the trainee program. During the program, the candidates will go to see the mother plant WITTE Automotive in Velbert.
